If you use "Magene Series" voicebank, you are regarded as you have read and agreed to the terms of use.

--Use of the Voicebank
- You can use the voicebank without permission, as far as non-commercial and personal use.
- In case of commercial use, please contact to Shitoo in advance.
- Please do not use the voicebank in a contrary way to public order and morality.
- Please do not claim the voicebank as your own.
- Please do not redistribute regardless you modify the voicebank or not.
- If you use the voicebank, it is recommended to indicate the name of the voicebank on your video or description. (optional)
- Please do not use the voicebank as a voice of different character than "Magene series."
- You can use the voicebank with other voicebank together. However, please carefully follow the terms of use of the other voicebank as well.

--Use of Official Illustration
- If you use "Magene Series" voicebank on your song or video, you can use "Magene Series'" illustration drawn by Shitoo without permission, as far as non-commercial and personal use.
- In case of commercial use, please contact to Shitoo in advance.
- Please do not modify the illustration.
- Please do not modify or copy the illustration in order to claim it as another character.
- Please do not make or sell any merchandise from the illustration.
- Please do not redistribute the illustration.

-- Fan-Art
- You can make fan-art without permission, as far as non-commercial and personal use.
- You can upload your fan-art on any social medeia.
- Please do not use the fan-art for any purpose in a contrary to public order and morality.
- You can make senitive fan-art(e.g. sexual or gore) of "Magene Series," but please make sure it will not be shown those who do not want to see such sensitive styles.
- Please make sure your fan-art does not put other characters into trouble. If you use "Magene series" with other character or other voicebank, please carefully follow the terms of use for both sides.
